The lack of a shuttle bus to the airport can be a hassle, especially since the nearest bus stop is a short walk away, which isn't great for those with heavy bags or limited mobility. Heating issues and the need to request a fan might bother some guests, while the ice machine near the reception being out of order adds to the frustration. a brief wait for cutlery during breakfast has been annoying at peak times. The absence of drinking water in the rooms could also leave you feeling less than refreshed.

Parking fees should be mentioned upfront to avoid shock!!! Room temperature control issues left much to be desired, leading to an uncomfortable night!!!

Additionally, the proximity to Heathrow made it a convenient choice for travel.

The smoking area is too close to the entrance, allowing smoke to enter.

The room was clean and the transport from the airport was super easy. Plus, being close to Windsor was a great bonus.

The hotel’s instructions for public transport were helpful, making it easy to navigate to nearby sites. However, the lack of USB sockets was disappointing, and the soundproofing between floors could be improved. It would have been nice to have more dining options if the hotel restaurant was closed.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and comfy rooms. The staff even helped me with dining directions on my first stay. Highly recommend for a cozy, romantic escape!
