The breakfast buffet was diverse, featuring fresh pastries and a variety of options to cater to different tastes, which made mornings enjoyable. The convenient shuttle to Terminal 5 was a huge plus as well. However, the staff's friendliness could use improvement, as they seemed less approachable and knowledgeable about local queries.

The exceptionally clean and tidy double room made the stay very comfortable, while the friendly staff and delicious breakfast were standout features. The hotel’s instructions for public transport were helpful, making it easy to navigate to nearby sites. However, the lack of USB sockets was disappointing, and the soundproofing between floors could be improved. It would have been nice to have more dining options if the hotel restaurant was closed.

The hotel had a lovely big shower and was in a prime location. I enjoyed a comfortable bed and excellent service. The stay was enjoyable overall, and we loved the electric car charging points and quick access to the M4.

I recently stayed for one night and found the room to be clean and comfortable, with a solid selection of breakfast items, including fresh pastries and organic juices. The bus stop just outside the hotel made it easy to get to the airport, although the location is a bit misleading regarding proximity to Terminal 5. I would have appreciated better soundproofing, as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable during the night.

The room was pretty comfy with a nice bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Clean bathroom but nothing fancy. Just enough space to move around, and I liked the mini-fridge. It did get a bit noisy at times, though, especially with other guests around. Overall, it was decent for a quick stay before catching a flight.

The room was clean and the transport from the airport was super easy. Plus, being close to Windsor was a great bonus.
